I am a Certified Residential Appraiser and also a licensed Realtor. Although I grew up in the industry, I received my first license over 12 years ago and have been fortunate to have experienced some of the industry’s ups and downs. My primary focus is Appraising along with educating agents on how to work with appraisers by gaining insight into the appraisal process. Now more than ever, there is a need for us all to work together for a smoother overall experience, not only for ourselves but we owe it to our clients.
